The mission of the Programming Systems team is to build program analysis tools to improve developer velocity, code quality, app efficiency, & cost-of-capacity across Uber. Since its inception in 2017, the team has designed and implemented static analysis checkers, dynamic tracing tools, refactoring engines, & compiler advancements. These tools have been adopted widely.
